Submission requirements
Below you will find a concise summary of our submission requirements.
For more details please refer to the FAQ, or feel free to contact us directly.
Format summary
- 24-bit or 32-bit floating point wav or aiff files.
- Sample rate should be the sample rate project was mixed at (no need to upsample / convert).
- Ideally, no final loudness processing applied, ie clipping or limiting. The exact amount of headroom is not critical, as long as there is some. Anywhere between -12dBFS (or lower) and -1dBFS peak levels are ideal.
- If the track was mixed with master buss processing(limiting / clipping / compression / imaging / other ) for the majority of the mixing process, then either a) leave that processing in place or b) provide one version with the processing, and a version with it bypassed.
- Home / DIY masters are encouraged for referencing. We will always look to preserve the vibe/feeling of an artist's music while carrying out our work.
- Please be sure to include the artist and/or label name as apart of the file/folder name.
Delivery format
Please note that unless a different format is specifically requested, the final mastered tracks will be delivered to the client as 24-bit 44.1KHz WAV files for wider distribution. Production-ready CD or vinyl masters can be supplied for a small additional charge.
